So great to meet you.

A woman with long dark hair and a wide smile, sitting outdoors during sunset in a field.

My style as a therapist is warm, invested, creative, and affirming. I am dedicated to providing individualized, trauma informed care, and strive to be sensitive and competent in meeting the needs of LGBTQ+ clients. My approach to therapy draws from a variety of collaborative and strengths-based interventions including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic (body based) practices, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy. You may already know about some of these approaches or they may be unfamiliar, either way is welcome!

I have lived and worked in Montezuma county since 2018. I completed my clinical social work internship in Cortez, where I became interested in working with people experiencing problematic relationships with substances and/or involvement with the legal system. After several years of working for local agencies, I started my own small private practice in the summer of 2025.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in expedition based outdoor education as a NOLS instructor and as a field guide in wilderness therapy. I am happily married and am the mama of a toddler, a dog, and 2 cats.
